About the site
Childhope Philippines is a non-profit organization founded in 1986. Located in Metro Manila, the organization strives to provide education, health, and social services to impoverished children. Through its STEP (Street Education and Protection) program, it gives street children access to education, psychosocial support, and health and medical services. The program has proven effective: each year, around 200 street children reduce their involvement in illegal activities. Childhope continues to advocate for children's rights and welfare.
