SPECS provides a safe and supportive environment for vulnerable children in Pasay City. Through residential care, educational sponsorship and community outreach, it supports children's education with scholarships, tutorials, digital literacy and life-skills development.
SPECS also promotes leadership, character development and preparation for future employment, and works with families, schools and local communities to create safer environments for children.

By visiting, I realized how different life between us and the SPECS kids truly is. By talking to them, I realized how our different educations affected our communication and collaboration and how that might affect them in the future.
